We offer a 60-day free return policy for all items purchased from kongcompanysale.com. Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged, and resalable KONG pet toys and treats, returned in their original packaging. Returns initiated beyond the 60-day period from the delivery date will not be processed.

All returns qualify for free return shipping. Our customer service team will provide the necessary return instructions and shipping guidelines to ensure a smooth and cost-free return process for you.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider, but our team completes all internal steps within the stated timeframe.

Refunds will not be issued for products that show signs of use, damage, or modification caused by the customer or pet. Items returned without original packaging or in unsellable condition may also be ineligible for a full refund.
